For organisations
Address data tells your operation where places are. SARScore tells it what arriving there actually takes.
Logistics and field services
Failed and delayed jobs concentrate at predictable points: nowhere practical to stop, controlled entrances that depend on a resident answering, lifts that are out, long internal carries. SARScore expresses those conditions as a route-level score with explicit barriers: the difference between a ground-floor handover and an eighteenth-floor journey visible before the vehicle is loaded. Operators can also feed the loop: attested operational data from real deliveries can become qualifying evidence under a partner agreement, seeding coverage across your own territory fastest.
Councils and housing providers
Compliance documents describe how buildings were approved; SARScore describes how they behave. A housing portfolio scored route by route shows where residents, carers and services actually struggle , evidence-led, current, and explainable down to the individual observation, with temporary conditions (lift outages, works) tracked separately from permanent character.
Property owners and managers
An asset's real-world accessibility is part of its performance. SARScore gives owners a verifiable, versioned measure of it, and because scores are evidence-bound, an improvement made on the ground becomes a visible improvement in the record once verified.
How the data holds up
Every score is calculated deterministically from observed facts by a versioned methodology, published only through a verification gate, and stored as immutable snapshots with full evidence lineage: the properties an operational or procurement decision needs. Read the methodology in full; nothing about how scores are made is secret.
API and data access
The platform is API-first by architecture: route and score data are designed to be consumed by dispatch systems, planning tools and asset registers. Commercial API access follows the current East London pilot. If route-level access intelligence would change decisions in your operation, we would like to talk while the pilot is shaping what ships: partnerships@sarscore.com.
SARScore is in early development. Everything above describes the working platform; no claim exceeds the evidence. That discipline is deliberate.
